The October.Slow.Show

Every, really every pleasure is based on genuine passion. And that requires special people who give themselves and their products time: time to mature, time to slow down, time to unfold.

That's why, on two weekends in October at DAS LEONHARD, it's "Clear the stage!" for the organic producers from the natural paradise of Lake Weissensee to present themselves, their favorite delicacies and their place of work. What do we call these special people? THE WEISSENSEELEN.

  • Thursday: Arrive, relax, get in the mood for the Weissenseele.
  • Friday: Get to know the region, highlight in the evening: regional, authentic, multi-course autumn menu, in which the honest products of the WeissenSeele are harmoniously packaged and discussed in detail at the table. Our chef interprets these in her own way. Plenty of time for enjoyment, but also for personal exchanges with the WeisseSeele and in-depth background information.
  • Saturday: Guided tour of the WeisseSeele farm.
  • Sunday: A relaxing end to the day.
