All about your holiday on Lake Weissensee

Here, you will find all information you need about your stay in the Das Leonhard hotel.

On the day of your arrival, your room will be ready from 14:00.
On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room until 10:00 at the latest. You are more than welcome to use the hotel's amenities until your departure free of charge.

You can borrow rowing boats, bicycles and sledges at the hotel reception.

Upon check-in, you will receive a fluffy bath robe, a swim bag and towels for our wellness area which you can use for the duration of your stay. They will make your stay with us even more comfortable.

In the Das Leonhard nature park hotel, pets are welcome. We charge an additional fee of € 9,90 per pet per day. Food for pets is not included in the price. Out of respect for other guests, you are kindly asked not to bring your pets to the restaurant.

Free of charge Wi-Fi is available in the whole hotel for our guests to use. You will need a password which you can receive at the reception.

For a most pleasurable stay with us, we offer you enough parking spaces in front of the hotel.

For all guests to feel as good as possible, the Das Leonhard nature park hotel is a completely smoking-free environment. We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking.

Upon late arrival or earlier departure, we shall charge 70 % of the agreed arrangement. The cancellation fee is due immediately. The provisions of the "Österreichisches Hotelreglement" (Austrian hotel regulations) apply.

For every hotel guest, the use of our wellness area is free of charge. There, fresh towels are available for you to use. The wellness area is opened daily from 15:00 to 19:00.

The half board includes a diverse breakfast buffet and four course dinner menus. We offer several main dishes, including one vegetarian course. Every Wednesday, we serve a starter and fish buffet. Coffee, cake and small snacks are not included in the price of the half board.

Our breakfast buffet is laid out between 08:00 and 10:00.
Dinner is served between 18:00 and 21:00.

Please, let our staff know about your allergies, intolerances and diets. Our chef Daniel is more than happy to take your wishes into consideration while preparing the menus.
